Whenever you see people staying in line in Brussels old town you know Liege waffles must be close. What makes them special is the pearl sugar in the dough which melts and caramelizes while baking. The waffle is crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. Sweet tooth may have them for breakfast but they are perfect for quick snack or dessert. Liege waffle is best served warm that’s why we bake them on spot. Baking takes about 4 minutes after what you can choose to have it plain or add some delicious toppings.
