New parking rules

To make it easier for our customers to find a parking space, new parking rules will enter into force at the Ülemiste Centre car park from 2 January: parking will be free for five hours, after which it becomes paid parking.

There is no need for a parking clock, free parking is started by the number plate recognition camera and parking is also automatically terminated when the customer leaves the car park.

If you stay for more than five hours, you will have to park your car yourself once the initial five hours have passed, which can be done in all the usual ways: via the parking.ee app, SMS or the Snabb app.

Each half hour started costs € 1, 24 hours costs € 12.

The outdoor car park is open 24 h, while the parking garage and underground car park are open from 8.00–00.00.

If you have any questions, please e-mail parkimine[at]ulemiste.ee
