Apollo Group, Yum! Brands (KFC) franchise partner in the Baltic States is an Estonian company that owns bookstores and cinemas “Apollo”, film distribution company “Baltic Film Distribution”, juice bars “Blender”, ice cream cafes “IceCafe”, sports bars and entertainment centers “O “Learys” and other successful Baltic companies. Since February 2019, the company “Apollo Group” has taken over the franchise management of the “Kentucky Fried Chicken” (KFC) brand in the Baltic States.  

LIDO has been a symbol of Latvian cuisine for nearly 30 years, with 12 restaurants offering high-quality service and distinctive interior design, three of which are located in Tallinn – a unique restaurant chain offering high-quality food at good prices in a pleasant atmosphere full of tradition. High quality is our cornerstone – Lido’s food is always fresh and made from natural ingredients without synthetic colours and flavours. The LIDO menu offers nearly 260 dishes every day.

Lyon bakery is situated in the Ülemiste Center, just across the Rimi supermarket.

Mrs Waffle serves fresh Belgian waffles & coffee! Whenever you see people staying in line in Brussels old town you know Liege waffles must be close. What makes them special is the pearl sugar in the dough which melts and caramelizes while baking. The waffle is crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the best seller of the Pelm restaurant is homemade dumplings. The menu has a representative selection of dumplings with meat, fish and vegetarian fillings. Meat lovers can enjoy delicacies grilled in a real charcoal oven, including Angus steaks, spare ribs and, of course, juicy burgers. Our menu also includes the best Slavic dishes such as pike and homemade cutlets, as well as borscht and fish soup, prepared according to centuries-old recipes.
