To make it easier for our customers to find a parking space, a convenient parking system applies at Ülemiste keskus: you can park FREE of charge for 5 hours in the outdoor parking area, parking garage and underground car park. After that, parking becomes paid.
There is no need for a parking disc. Free parking starts automatically via number plate recognition cameras and also ends automatically when the customer leaves the parking area.
If you stay longer than 5 hours, you must activate paid parking yourself after the five free hours have passed. This can be done using all common methods: via the pargi.ee app, by SMS or in the Snabb app.
Parking with us is affordable – each started 30 minutes costs 1 euro, and 24 hours cost 12 euros.
The outdoor parking area is open 24 hours. The parking garage and underground car park are open from 8:00 to 00:00.
